Welcome to the Bottle & Glass

It is located within the beautiful village of Scothern. There is a large beer garden, with a bubbling beck running alongside it and there is a separate children’s play area.

Many people believe this old pub is haunted, and there are lots of stories of mysterious goings on over the years. We hold several psychic evenings throughout the year and the ghosts who reside at the Bottle and Glass generously participate!

The Red Arrows base is located only 4 miles away and the team frequently practice their displays over the pub and surrounding area. This entertainment is always enjoyed by visitors, particularly in the summer when many sit in the large sunny beer garden.

We hold regular themed nights, jam nights, karaoke’s and band nights. Our upcoming events are always listed on the website.
